On 2-27-77 at Richmond, a driver named Junior Miller finished 17th. In all, he competed in 27 races between ’76 and ’81. I can’t find definitive proof that he’s the same Junior Miller from “Madhouse”, although their ages and geographical data are consistent with each other. Anyone know for sure?
